Ingredients

Ingredients/Recipe for Sauces Chickpea Sauce 20gm 0% fat greek yoghurt 30gm Boiled chickpeas Lemon juice Salt black pepper Basil Leaves (Optional) Dill leaves

Coriander Sauce 0% fat greek yoghurt Coriander Green chillies Black salt Lemon juice

Ingredients/Recipe for Paneer seasoning Chilli flakes Oregano / Pizza seasoning Salt Garlic powder/ Garlic paste Sesame seeds

Ingredients for Burger 50gm Paneer (cut into Patty size) 1 Wholemeal seeded burger bun 1 Cheddar cheese slice Lettuce and / or Salad leaves Sliced Tomato, cucumber and Capsicum

Method

Step 1

In a mixer add all the ingredients except Dill leaves. Grind to make a thick spreadable paste Take out in a bowl and add chopped Dill leaves

Step 2

In a mixer add all the ingredients . Grind to make it of slight runny consistency

Step 3

In a bowl add the seasonings as per tatse and mix well. Coat the paneer squares well in the seasoning and rest it for mins.Heat a pan and lightly brush with oil Grill the seasoned paneer square by flipping on all sides

Step 4

Recipe for Burger Cut the burger buns and toast Spread the Chickpea sauce on each half Start layering with the Veggies, leaves, Paneer and Cheese slice. Keep adding the coriander sauce after each layer
