ghee 4 ml
in a pan add chopped tomato, onion , one green chilly , laung, black pepper n saute . Add some water .here no oil is required . saute for about - min or till tomato n onion become soft .cool it down .
after cooling grind it in mixer to make a smooth paste.
in kadhai , take - ml ghee . Add jeera, dhaniya, red pepper and add grinded paste . Add salt to taste . saute it on Sim . now add Little water n again saute for min . if u like add a little bit sugar free to balance the taste . ur paneer pyaza is ready.
