boil chickpeas and make chhole with gravy using onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic and chhole masala
mash potatoes and paneer. add gm suji and some salt and make tikkis
Shallow fry the tikkis on a non stick pan till they become crisp
put the tikkis in a plate, put the chhole with gravy on tikkis and garnish with green chutney, onions and tomato sauce. you can also add some sev if your macros permit.
