paneer 50g
cooked rice (raw rice - 50 g)
oil/ghee 10 g
boiled potatoes 100g
1 chopped onion (medium size)
coriander
moong dal 25g
ginger garlic paste
spices - can be garam masala , paneer masala, or any home made masala as well.
Add oil in a cooking pot. Let it heat for a while; then add onions,moong dal.
Saute the dal,onions and and cook for - min ;add a little amount of water if required.
Add paneer, boiled potatoes,spices,ginger garlic paste,and salt as per taste.
Add cooked rice to the mixture and let it cook for min.
Stir the pulav well ; and garnish with corainder.
Quantity of rice paneer dal and oil can be adjusted as per the daily intake. This pulav serves well as a lunch or dinner.
