Ingredients

For Moong dal Dosa 55gm :- Moong dal 1-2:- Green chilly ½ inch ginger Salt as per taste 2ml Oil/ghee

For Paneer stuffing 50gm:- Paneer 1-2 finely chopped green chilies Salt as per taste Few Coriander leaves ½ Lemon juice Pinch of Garam masala

Method

Step 1

Steps for paneer filling:- .Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step 2

Steps for Dosa:- . Soaked Moong dal for - hours. . Grind with green chilly and Ginger. Do not keep it coarse (Do not add to much of water) . Add the salt. . Ferment the batter for overnight. . Add a little water if required to adjust the consistency. . Heat up a pan on medium heat and add a little oil on it. Spread the oil well on the pan. . Add dosa batter at the center of the pan and spread it. . Roast the dosa on medium heat until it gets nice golden color. . Spread a little oil on dosa. . Add paneer stuffing on dosa. . Take it off from the pan. . Serve with green chutney.
