250 gm Veggie mix (Onion, Carrot and Capsicum)
Spice mix, as per requirement & taste (Garlic, Ginger, green/red chillies, chilli sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt)
5 gm corn starch
In a pot, heat gm oil and add paneer cubes. sauté until golden brown and keep it aside.
Again heat gm oil in pot. Add ginger, garlic, and chilies. Saute for a few seconds till they become fragrant.
Next, add chopped onion and saute till it becomes translucent. Then add carrots and capsicum and sauté for - minutes.
Add ml water, paneer cubes, all the sauces, salt, and pepper. Mix well and allow to boil.
In a bowl mix corn starch with around tablespoons of water and add to the boiling soup. Mix nicely and cook for - minutes or till the soup thickens. Serve hot.
