7-8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
200 gms crumbled Paneer
40 gm Diced Capsicum
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Sauce
1-2 tsp Pepper powder
Low Cal cooking Spray
Salt
2-3 spring onions
Keep a skillet for heating and coat with some cooking spray add in the whites of spring onion , ginger, garlic & saute till done.
Now add in the diced capsicum along with some salt saute for - mins. When done add in the crumbled Paneer along with pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce and give it a good mix. Cook till paneer looks done. Season with some more salt if needed.
Let this mixture cool down a bit. In the meantime chop your leaves into halves
Fill each leaf half with generous amounts of the filling and wrap the leaf. Serve it warm with your choice of sauce. Dip & enjoy :)
