Paneer 50gm
Almonds + Cashew 5gm
Black raisins 5gms
Double toned milk 25ml
Chocolate flavour whey (optional for serving)
Sugarfree/ stevia 2 pellets
In a blender, add the paneer, ml milk, - pc of cashew and sugarfree. Mix all together. It will become cream like texture.
Take the mixture out and mould in desired (round here) shape. Put a few broken nuts outside the shape.
Make a small groove in the centre of the shapes. Put in black raisins in there. Quickly transfer the sandesh into the fridge. Keep for - mins
In a bowl, mix remaining milk and whey.
In a serving plate, first lay the bed of milk& whey mix. Now take out the sandesh from fridge and place over it. Garnish with additional raisins and chopped almonds. Enjoy and satiate your sweet buds.
