Chings Noodles 75 gm- Boil and keep aside
Paneer 100 gm
Sesame Oil 10 gm
Onion Medium Half- finely sliced
Garlic Cloves 4 sliced
Capsicum 1 large - finely sliced
Spring Onions chopped
Vinegar,Green chilli Sauce,Soy sauce - as per taste
Green chilli 1
salt and Black pepper powder- as per taste
Heat sesame oil in a wok
add slices of paneer cook from all sides. keep it aside
add oil to the same wok
add garlic and fry for few seconds.
add onion and green chillis and fry for a minute
add capsicum and fry for another minute
add soy sauce,vinegar,green chilli sauce and boiled noodles and toss nicely
add salt and black pepper powder,add paneer pieces and mix well
garnish with corainder and Serve hot!
