Paneer: 60 gm

Onion: 25 gm

Fresh curry leaves: Handful

Salt: To taste

Green chilli, to taste: Half

Turmeric: 1/3 tsp

Ginger: 1/4 inch

Jeera powder, roasted: 1/3 tsp

Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

Amchur powder: 1/4 tsp

Bread: 2 Slices

Butter: 5 gm

Cucumber: 30/40 gm

Tomatoes: Few slices or 20 gm

Method

Step 1

Coarse grind paneer, fresh and washed curry leaves, onion, ginger, green chillies, amchur powder, salt, turmeric, jeera powder, black pepper powder.

Step 2

Apply the filling on one slice of bread.

Step 3

Cover the filling with cucumber and tomato slices, followed by the other bread slice.

Step 4

Apply butter on the outside of both bread slices.

Step 5

Toast on both sides till golden brown.
