Paneer - 100 grams
Onion - Cut into 4 pieces and separated
Capsicum - Cut the way you like
Soya sauce - 3 full tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Garlic & green chilli minced
Ghee - 5-7 grams
To a pan add ghee, add the minced garlic and green chilli.
Let it cook for a minute and become red. Add the paneer and let the sides cook and crispen up slightly.
Add the onion and the capsicum (no need to cook these too much as they taste good crunchy itself)
Add tsp salt and half tsp pepper. Mix everything well and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add table spoons of soya sauce & tbsp of vinegar. Mix everything well so everything's coated.
Let the liquids dry up a little and stick to the paneer and the veggies.
Plate the hot dish and enjoy your delicious & healthy paneer chilly!
