Ingredients

100 gram paneer

100 gram curd

40 grams capsicum

40 grams carrots

20 grams cabbage

30 grams tomato

30 grams beetroot

40 grams cucumber

Coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Add salt, red chilli, coriander cumin powder, little dry mango powder and papper into curd.

Step 2

Marinate paneer into curd and keep aside for mins

Step 3

Saute vegetables into non-stick, add salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste & red chilli as per taste. You can add/remove vegetable of your choice to complete fiber vegetable intake as per your macros.

Step 4

Add mixture of paneer and curd in it and cook for - mins until curd water dries out..

Step 5

Add coriander leaves on top and serve hot..
