Step 1

for opos paneer capsicum: layer as below, cook in pressure cooker for W(for slightly crunchy vegetables) or W(for very soft vegetables - that's the way I made it) Layer : ghee(tsp) Layer : water(tsp) - if you want it watery, otherwise optional Layer : chopped onions(half cup) Layer : chopped capsicum (half cup) Layer : paneer( cup) either directly or pot in pot Layer : ginger garlic paste, masalas, salt

Step 2

for the sides - oven roasted broccoli and green beans: take cup broccoli and cup green beans, drizzle olive oil ( tbsp), salt, pepper, chilli powder roast in the oven at Fahrenheit for minutes
