Paneer - 100gm
Curd (Dahi) - 100gm
Broccoli(Green vegetable)- 100gm
Ghee - 10ml
Jeera - 1 tea spoon
Small Onion - 1/2 ( fined chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Make paneer in small pieces and grilled it for minutes. . Take Broccoli in small bowl add some water(ml) and put in microwave for minute to boil. . Use small pan on gas with high heat , add ml GHEE ,add JEERA and Cook it for minute until JEERA sparkling.. . Add turmeric Power and chopped onion on it with some SALT and cook for minute until onion cooked. . Add broccoli and paneer together in pan and give nice minute to cook. . Now Add Curd (Dahi) ,give a nice mix And leave it for minute to cook . Your Panner -Broccoli with curd Subji ready . Quick Lunch or Dinner VEGGIE OPTION
