Chicken - 100 g
Mustard oil - 10 g
Onion - 70 g (sliced)
Green chilli - 1 finely sliced
Tomato - 100 g (diced)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp, Coriander powder - 1 Tsp, Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp, salt to taste, Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp & Garam masala - 1/2 Tsp
Spinach - 100 g (finely chopped)
To the mustard oil on low heat add green chilli & cook for a few seconds, then add the chopped onion.
Cook the onion until brown, add the tomatoes & cook it on medium - low heat until very soft.
Add the chicken & turn the flame up to medium - high & roast it while mixing for a few minutes. Add Turmeric powder - / Tsp, Coriander powder - Tsp, Red chilli powder - Tsp, salt to taste & Ginger garlic paste - Tbsp, mix it all, cover & cook with the lid on low flame for mins.
Add / Tsp garam masala, mix it all well, cover & cook for mins, add very little water, finely chop the spinach & add it to the chicken, cook for another mins.
The Palak Chicken is now ready to be served hot & enjoyed.
