Chicken breast - 150gm
Egg - 1
All purpose flour - 10gm
Butter - 10gm
Ginger - 5gm
Garlic- 5gm
Corn flour - 5gm
Bell pepper- 50gm
Corn - 50gm
Fresh orange juice - 100ml
Soy sauce - 10ml
Dry spices - salt, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes.
Onion - 10gm
Marinate the chicken chunks with ginger garlic paste, egg and all purpose flour for about minutes. In a pan, add butter gm and roast the chicken until it’s golden light brown on both sides. Keep it aside.
In a the same pan, add remaining butter and sauté bell pepper and onion together and take it out. In a bowl, add soy sauce, corn flour and orange juice along with spices as you require. Pour it in the pan and let it simmer for a minute.
Then, add chicken and sautéed veggies and mix all well. Add boiled corn kernels and chopped green onion and enjoy😋
