Chicken breast, boneless skinless: 200 gm
Orange marmalade, melted: 80 gm
Garlic clove, minced: 1 piece
Soy sauce: 7 ml
Ground black pepper: 1 gm
Honey: 20 gm
Ground ginger: 1 g
Preheat oven to degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels sear for minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until chicken is golden brown on each side.
Remove chicken from skillet and place on a prepared pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together marmalade, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, honey, and ground ginger.
Spoon mixture over chicken.
