Ingredients

Spaghetti pasta - 40g chicken mince - 120g Cheese slices - 50g Onion - 100g Mushroom - 50g Pizza pasta sauce (low calorie low fat has approx 70-80 cals in 100g) - 25g Tomato ketchup - 15g Butter - 5g Finely chopped green veggies like cabbage, capsicum as per your choice and one tomato (calories not counted for these) Salt to taste, seasonings like chilly flakes, pasta mix, oregano, black pepper etc as per your choice

Method

Step 1

Heat a large non stick pan and add g butter, followed by finely chopped onions. . Cook onions for - mins, then add finely chopped mushrooms, cook for another mins and add minced chicken. . Now add salt , seasonings,pizza pasta sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well. . Add almost a litre of water and let it boil. . Now add one chopped tomato and green veggies of your choice. . Add spaghetti, do not break it it'll get inside the pot once the inner portion gets soft. . Cover the pot and cook for - mins. . Add cheese slices, mix well and adjust the consist of water as per your choice and add black pepper or any other seasoning from top if you wish.
