Okra 200 grams (chopped in to small round pieces)
Roasted chana dal 1 tbsp
Dried coconut 1 inch square
Garlic cloves 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Rice raw 50 grams
Basic tempering
Salt
Turmeric
Ghee 10 grams
To make curry powder dry roast these all ingredients together garlic,chana dal,coconut and grind it into coarse powder and mix red chili powder in to it keep it a side
Take a pan add tempering along with ghee and add okra pieces and fry it until lo the okra get cooked well
Now add the curry powder to this and sautรฉ until every okra piece get coated with curry powder
Now add the cooked rice to this and mix it well on low flame for about minutes and your okra rice is ready to eat ๐
