80 gms Oats flour
50 gms soaked soya granules
100 gms home made low fat paneer
2 finely chopped onions
2 chopped green chilli
2 tomato puree
Rock salt
Add oats flour, soya granule, paneer, onions, green chilli and salt in a big bowl and mix it gently with hands to make structure like a dough
Take small portion of this dough in hands and start making tikkis
Put all these tikkis in a plate and keep in fridge for it to get some shape
Put a heavy bottomed pan on stove on low medium heat
Add some olive oil or ghee once pan is hot and spread it evenly
Now put the tikki in pan on low flame and cover it for minutes
Turn the tikki after minutes and cover it again to cook from the other side
After more minutes your tikki should be done. Bon appetit..!!
You can also use air fryer if you don't want to cook on pan
