Oats 40 g, powdered
Gram flour 30 g
Corn kernels 30 g (unsweetened variety)
Ginger 1 inch
Green Chilli 1 or 2
Spinach 80 g
Curd 50 g
Onion, yellow and red bell pepper together 160 g, cut into cubes
Paneer 50 g, cut into cubes
Garlic 5-6 cloves, mined
Chilli flakes as per taste
Oregano as per taste
Salt to taste
Ghee 5 g
Kasoori methi 2 tsp
Grind together spinach, ginger and green chilli with minimum water.
To prepare the batter, mix together oats, gram flour, spinach puree and curd. Set aside for minutes atleast. Check the consistency. If seems to be thick, you can add little water. Add salt.
For the topping, heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add garlic and saute till turns light brown. Add all veggies, stir fry till al dente. Add paneer and fry again for some time. Add salt and other seasonings as well. Switch off the flame.
Smear ghee on hot non stick tawa. Spread batter to get a nice round shape. Spread the topping and press it little with the help of a spatula. Flip and cook again till you see some brown specs on the topping. Transfer on a serving plate.
