Ingredients

oil- 1 tsp oats - 50 grms vegetables- carrot , capsicum ,beans white seasme seeds-2 tsp sarso-1 tsp kadi patta-4 to 5 peanuts -8 to 10 crushed salt-according to taste blackpepper-1/4tsp dhaniya pwrd- 1/4 tsp haldi -1/4 tsp kashmiri mirch-1/4tsp water -2 tbsp coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan .put sarso let it splutter.then add peanuts raost till changes colour then add kadi leaves now add all the vegetables in it put some salt(according to your taste) and let the vegetables cook till soften now add oats and mix with vegetables well. now add all the species and mix well.first add tbsp water then mix .the mixture should be in dough consistency if required add tbsp water again ...now let it cool down for about to min .after cooling down make balls out of it and roll it on white seasme seeds press it on your palm and now heat tawa or pan and put the oats tikki on it (u can put tsp of oil if required). Delicious ots tikki is ready.Enjoy
