200g Rolled oats 100g Quick oats 70g cup Honey/maple syrup 270 ml Milk almonds or what you have 2 Egg 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract 40g Coconut oil 1 teasp. Baking powder 1/4 teasp. Salt 1 teasp. Cinnamon 50g dried cranberries 70g Raisins 50g protein 😋 Butter for greasing
DIRECTIONS In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients and set aside. In separate bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Let sit for - to absorb the liquids. Preheat the oven to C. Prepare -inch pan – line with parchment paper and grease the edges with butter. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for - minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack for minutes, then Release from the pan and let cool completely. Top with almonds and sprinkle. Notes: All the ingredients should be in room temperature. You can use any kind of dried fruits. Cut for 🙂🤤
