Banana- 150gm
Eggs-2
Oats-60gm
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Nutmeg powder- 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Honey - 10gm
Zero calories sweetener- as per the taste for extra sweetness (optional )
Yogurt - 100gm
Almonds - 5gm
Cashews - 5 gm
Butter - 5gm
Mash the banana with masher and in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
In a blender, first grind the oats along with baking powder and nutmeg powder.
Add the eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, vanilla essence and honey and blend all well.
Grease the muffin tray with butter and line the paper-cups (optional)
Pour in the batter upto /th of the dip. Top it with chopped cashews and almonds and bake it at degree centigrade for about minutes or until you get clean toothpick when inserted.
Let it cool down after taking out from the oven and then remove it using back of the spoon if you haven’t used paper cups. ENJOY🙂
