capsicum 100 gm
brinjal 100 gm
zucchini 200 gms
bay leaves, pepper corns, clove, cumin, mustard seeds, cinnamon
dhaniya and haldi powder
Heat a pressure cooker on high flame for secs and add wholes spices (you can use oil but I didn't)
Add finely chopped loki first followed by spinach and salt. These veggies will release a lot of water. allow whole spices to boil in it for a minute on slow flame.
Add rest of the veggies, with powdered coriander and tumeric. cook for a min on high.
Now add protein ,washed and soaked rice, stir ,mix and put the lid on. Cook for whistles on slow to medium heat.
You can use chilli πΆ too, but am fine with peppercorns.
