Chicken Breast- 200 gms
Hung Curd-1 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste- 2 teaspoon
Red Chilly powder- As per requirement
Coriander Powder-1 teaspoon
Garam Masala-1/2 teaspoon
Salt- To Taste
Green Chillies (4-5) for Chutney
Wash the chicken pieces properly.
Take the Chicken pieces in a bowl and Add hung curd to it.
Add Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder to it.
Mix well and apply properly to the Chicken pieces
Let it aside for few minutes. Tip: If u want this Tandoori to have that tangy taste, you have to keep it marinate for - hours.
Take a pressure cooker, add water to it such that a steel bowl used for pressure cooking can just float on it.
Place a lid on that bowl and add the chicken pieces on that lid. Apply the cover and make the gas flame to medium to high.
Pressure cook this chicken pieces for about three whistles.
After that remove the pressure cooker cover. Abd take out the chicken pieces.
With the help of the skewers roasted the chicken pieces on Gas Flame.
Serve hot with green chilly chutney and onion sprigs.
