1 tablespoon=tomato ketchup p-0,c-5,f-0
1 tablespoon=soya sauce p-1,c-3,f-0

sprinkled seasme seed just for garnishing
1/4 teaspoon =black pepper
1/4teaspoon =kashmiri chilli pwder

cut paneer in cubes size as per ur choice
cut cubes of onion and capsicums
finely chop garlic and ginger
marinate the paneer with pepper, red chilli and salt
make a paste of all sauces and corn flour
heat the pan
add tablespoon oil
add finely chopped ginger and saute well
add onion and capsicum saute well in high flame dont over cook it should be crunchy
add marinated paneer flame should be high dont burn adjust medium to high
add sauce paste..cook well oil will separate taste and check the salt as sauce contain salt no need to add extra salt
switch off the flame garnish with spring onion and seasme
serve hot other wise crunchiness will go enjoy with ur chapati or have as a starter.
