160gm=paneer p-28.8, c-4.8, f-35.2

45gm = onion p-0.5, c-3.6, f-0

15gm=garlic p-0.9,c-5,f-0

9gm= ginger p-0.1,c-1.4,f-0

94gm=capsicum (red ,green yellow)p-2.8,c-0.9,f-0

11gm=spring onion p-0.1,c-0.8,f-0

1/4teaspoon =cornflour p-0,c-1.2,f-0

1 teaspoon=green chilli sauce p-0.1,c-0.5,f-0

1 teaspoon = red chilli sauce p-0.1,c-0.6,f-0

1 tablespoon=tomato ketchup p-0,c-5,f-0

1 tablespoon=soya sauce p-1,c-3,f-0

1 table spoon= oil p-0,c-0,f-15

salt as per taste

sprinkled seasme seed just for garnishing

1/4 teaspoon =black pepper

1/4teaspoon =kashmiri chilli pwder

water as required

Method

Step 1

cut paneer in cubes size as per ur choice

Step 2

cut cubes of onion and capsicums

Step 3

finely chop garlic and ginger

Step 4

marinate the paneer with pepper, red chilli and salt

Step 5

make a paste of all sauces and corn flour

Step 6

heat the pan

Step 7

add tablespoon oil

Step 8

add finely chopped ginger and saute well

Step 9

add onion and capsicum saute well in high flame dont over cook it should be crunchy

Step 10

add marinated paneer flame should be high dont burn adjust medium to high

Step 11

add sauce paste..cook well oil will separate taste and check the salt as sauce contain salt no need to add extra salt

Step 12

switch off the flame garnish with spring onion and seasme

Step 13

serve hot other wise crunchiness will go enjoy with ur chapati or have as a starter.
