Ingredients

Mutton 300gm

Oil 15ml

Onion 5 Pc

Ginger, Garlic Paste - 15gm

Whole spices - star, pepper, zaifal, dal chini

Garam masala and Green chili

Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook in a cooker,keep all the ingredients handy. In a saucepan kept on medium heat, sauté sliced onions using a tablespoon of oil, till browned, for about - minutes. Sprinkling a little salt while sautéing helps in faster cooking. Browning of onions is important to hold up the taste.

Step 2

Add ginger garlic paste. Mix. Sauté till the raw smell disappears, for about - minutes on medium heat.

Step 3

Add goat meat and mix well. Add a little water, cover and cook on medium high for mins. Check in between to add more water as required and sauté.

Step 4

Add dry spices like coriander, cumin powder, red chilli powder and cover and cook for another minutes on medium high heat or wait for whistle.

Step 5

Add Garam masala, sprinkle chopped coriander and salt. Mix well.

Step 6

Mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for minutes. Squeeze juice of half a lime.
