Mushroom matar Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for mins add besan and spices mentioned above Add half cup water and cover with a lid and cook for mjns Add mushroom & peas and cook for mins.
For Paneer Crisps Slice the paneer block as shown in the image Add ghee to a non stick pan and place the sliced paneer in the pan. Turn the pieces when it is cooked from one side. tip- finer the pieces, crisper the paneer
Serve with Steamed rice
