Curd
Heat oil and add the bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
To this add chopped onions along with salt and green chillies. Saute the onions until they turn golden brown.
Here, add the roasted coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, besan and pepper. Saute this for a couple of minutes.
Put in the curd amd mix all of it well. Add in the chopped tomatoes and some coriander leaves and , cook the mixture till the tomatoes turn mushy.
Once the gravy is ready and the seasoning is checked, add the mushrooms and cook them well till they are soft.
