Green chilli
Coriander
Salt
Pinch of baking powder
Jeera
Chat maslaa
Black salt
Soak dal overnight
Grind dal,ginger,chilli,coriander together and make a smooth batter
Shift the batter in a bowl,add salt,jeera and whisk for mins
Add pinch of baking powder and mix well
I used appe pan for making vadas Brush the pan and pour batter in the pan,cover with lid and turn in between
Once done Take curd in a bowl,beat it and dip vadas in the curd Sprinkle chat masala,black salt and garnish with chopped green coriander
We need not to soak vadas in water before soaking in curd as vadas r very soft. This mixture gave small vadas I skipped red chutney part as it wasn’t in my macros U can use it accordingly 😀
