French beans - 20 g
Capsicum-half small (35g)
Tomato-1 small(80 g)
Oil-1tsp (3g)
Dry spices-cinnamon 1 inch,cloves 2-3,black pepper-3-4
Cummin seeds-1 pinch
Cummin corriander powder- 1 tsp
Ginger -small piece ( 1 cm ) Garlic-3-5 cloves
Almonds-5 ( 6 g) Mix seeds-2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt
turmeric powder -1 pinch
Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
Pinch of stevia
Fresh corriander leaves for garnish
Clean and cut cauliflower Separate florets and stalks
Cut other veggies
Making paste for gravy - In a grinder first add cauliflower stalks , ginger , garlic , tomato , mix seeds , almonds , Kashmiri chili powder Grind it to a smooth paste Add water if necessary
Now heat tsp oil in a pan ,add cummin seeds and dry spices Stir a little
Then add cauliflower florets and other chopped veggies Add salt , cumin corriander powder, turmeric powder Add little water , cover and cook till little soft
Then add paste and stir properly add water if necessary Cook till veggies are done
Sprinkle cardamom powder, pinch of stevia if you like little sweeter gravy ( optional)
Garnish with fresh corriander leaves and Serve !!!
