Besan/lentil - 35gm Whole wheat/mix of wheat n jawar - 50gm oil -10gm vegetables- 80-100gm Grated bottle guard, methi,fresh coriender ginger-garlic paste.Amount depends on dough. Don't add too many veggies as binding will be tough
Mix all ingredients except oil without water.
Add masalas like Red chillie powder, Haldi, amchur powder, coriender powder and salt.
Add water as per requirement to above and make tight dough.
Make small balls in oval shape, Muthias. Steam these in a steamer for about min.
Let these get cooked well and cool. At time of serving, cut each Muthia into half.
Make rai-jeera Tadka with some curry leaves and pinch of sesame seeds. sauté the cooked Muthias for couple of minutes.
Seve hot. You can try Tomato-Pumpkin soup to go with it or have these with green chutney as per your choice
