Ingredients

Chicken 100g

Carrot 50g

Pumpkin 50g

Sweet potato 50g

Cabbage 100g

Onion 50g

Stock cube 1 piece

Garlic

Dry red chilies

Oregano

Back pepper

Salt

Paprika

Spring onion

Rajma 30g

Method

Step 1

Soak Rajma overnight and keep.

Step 2

Add all the ingredients to a pressure cooker. Stir everything together. Seal and pressure cook for minutes with quick release pressure (vent immediately). Release the pressure and take out the chilies and blend it in a hand mixer ( if you like it spicy ) and put the paste into the stew and boil for few more minutes. Pour it in a bowl and garnish with spring onion.

Step 3

You can serve with rice or tortilla or anything of your choice. I used pita bread. Please Note: you can use veggies of your choice
