Ingredients

400 gm Chicken Breast

10ml  Olive Oil

1 tsp Lime Zest

4 tbsps Lime Juice

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Crushed

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Paprika

2 tbsps Cilantro/ Coriander (Chopped)

Method

Step 1

Clean, wash the chicken breasts, make inch slits and keep aside.

Step 2

Collect all the other ingredients and in a large mixing bowl, add olive oil with the rest ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Add chicken breasts, massage well with the prepared mix and marinade for minimum hour in refrigerator.

Step 4

Heat grill pan on the stove top and add spray/brush some oil.

Step 5

Place the marinated chicken on it and grill from both sides till the chicken is cooked soft and juicy.

Step 6

Transfer the grilled/roasted chicken on a serving platter and serve with a dash of lime juice all over.

Step 7

Serve Mexican Lime Chicken with salad and dips.
