Wheat flour: 50 gm
Defatted soya powder: 50 gm
Ghee: 10 gm
Kasuri Methi: 20 gm
Spices, as required: Salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, carom seeds
Mix wheat flour, defatted soya powder, kasuri methi and spices in a bowl.
Add water and kneed the dough as we do it for normal chapati.
Make bhakri out of the prepared dough.
Take a pan add ghee to it and roast the bhakri from both sides.
Methi soya bhakri is ready to serve (Can enjoy with curd).
