ghee 1 tbsp
black chana 30 gram

. methi pratha prep :- take wheat flour and add Fenugreek leaves , ginger green chilli paste , turmeric powder , chilli powder , yogurt ( tbsp) , oil and mix them well. keep adding water to make it semi solid dough. heat a non stick tawa divide the dough into equal portions and coat them with wheat flour and make flat bread disc apply ghee on both sides and sprinkle some wheat flour put them on tawa and roast them from both sides apply some ghee to make them golden brown
black chana curry prep :- water soaked gram black chana for overnight cup onion ( grams ) cup tomato ( gram ) ginger garlic green chilli make onion tomato masala in cooker add drained black chana along with water cover and cooked then in - whistles release the pressure of the cooker once the curry is cooked
smethi paratha, curry along with green salads ( cucumber , carrot , cabbage etc )
