Jeera 2tsp
Tomato 75 g
Tamarind pulp 1tsp
Green chilly 8Nos
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Curry leaf 10
Ghee 20g

Salt
Take toor dal in a cooker and wash it well . Chop the methi leaves and fry it in g ghee . Into the cooker add garlic, onion, green chillies, fried methi leaves , turmeric and tsp jeera . Pressure cook it well . Transfer it into a strainer bowl and let the water drain into the other bowl . Smash the mixture well which is in the strainer and then mix both. . Take a frying pan and add g ghee . Add mustard, jeera , curry leaves and hing . Once mustard splatters add the chopped tomatoes and wait till it becomes mushy . Now add this into the smashed dal mixture , chopped coriander leaves and allow it to boil . Serve with hot rice and ghee
