Methi leaves 100 gm
Wheat flour 100 gm
Olive oil 5 ml
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Salt
turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida 1 pinch
cumin seed 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli 1
Chop methi leaves and wash it...strain the water.
Heat a pan. Add or gm of oil.
Keep the flame low. Add asafoetida and cumin seed let it splutter then add green chilli after that add methi.
Wait for or minutes add salt. Let the veggi dry.
Make a wheat dough. Simple soft dough just like we need for roti. Now stuff the veggies (methi leaves) into and make a stuffed paratha.. Enjoy 😉 the paratha with homemade chutney or achar..
