Chicken breast -150gms

Onion-40gms, tomato-50gms
butter -10gms
kasuri methi,elaichi, clove, bay leaf
salt, red chilli powder, chicken masala, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala
capsicum -1tbsp, onion-2-3tbsp, cloves -1tbsp
Rice flour -5gms
Mince the chicken add finely chopped capsicum and onion with finely chopped cloves
Add salt, pepper, red chili, lemon juice chicken masala and rice flour mix well and make balls ( I could make around balls)
Preheat the airfryer and bake them for - mins at
Next add butter in a pan, add onions and tomato and some garlic and let them sautee well till tomatoes turn mushy
Turn off them flame and wait till they cool, add this to a mixer with cashews Nd some water and grind them to fine paste
Next put this mix back into the pan and sautee for - mins on medium flame add in all masalas as per taste and fry till there is no more raw smell and oil leaves the sides
Drop in the meat balls with some kasuri methi and fresh cream if it fits ur macros, cook for mins and serve with roti or curry
