Ingredients

75 g paneer

75 g peas

10 g Butter

15 g coconut milk powder

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

75 g onion

75 g tomato

Matar paneer masala

Dry spices

Ginger Garlic paste

Salt

Garam masala

Method

Step 1

Thaw paneer and keep it aside

Step 2

Grind onion , Ginger-garlic and tomato separately.

Step 3

In a heated pan add Butter , then add ginger garlic paste, and onions .

Step 4

Sauté it till golden brown

Step 5

Add tomato purée.and mix it well.

Step 6

Now add dry spices , add coconut milk and cook it well for mins.

Step 7

Add kasoori Methi (optional), now add paneer cubes.

Step 8

Add salt , matar paneer masala , garam masala.

Step 9

Cook it for - mins or until it’s done.

Step 10

Serve Hot 🥵
