Ingredients

Paneer (50gm)

Peas (2gm) (boiled)

Oil/ghee (5gm)

tomato 1pc (paste)

Onion 1pc (finely chopped)

Ginger (grated)

Green chilli (finely chopped)

Masala (Turmeric,red chilli powder, coriander powder)

salt to taste

hing (1 pinch)

water

coriander leaves fir garnish

Method

Step 1

heat oil in pan. upon heating add hing. add onions.saute for min. add green chili and ginger.saute for min. Add the masala. roast the masala well. add little water if required. add tomato paste. cook for min.

Step 2

now add peas and cook for min.

Step 3

Add salt as per taste.

Step 4

Add paneer. Cook for min.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot.

Step 6

Note: You can make it without onion too. Just ignore Onions from recipe..rest remains the same.
