Basmati long grain rice - 80 gms
Soya Mini chunks - 60 gms
Green peas fresh - 50 gms
Green chillies - 4-5
Gralic cloves - 4-5
Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt as per taste
Ghee - 12 gms
Coriander chopped - for garnish
Wash and soak rice in water for minutes
Boil soya chunks in water adding salt for - minutes and then drain the water and let it cool down
Bring water to boil in a deep pan add salt and little bit of ghee to it and then add soaked rice and boil it for - minutes then drain the rice in colander apply little bit of ghee to rice
In a pan add remaining ghee and once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter
Add chopped green chillies saute for mins then add crushed garlic and saute till it turns light brown
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another minute
Add boiled and drained soya chunks and saute for - minutes basically make sure the moisture is dried off
Add green peas and saute for - minutes
Add spices and saute
Add boiled and drained rice and mix well
Cover and cook for - minutes. keep stirring occasionally
Garnish with Chopped coriander and enjoy 🤟
