Ingredients

Measure raw rice - 50 grams (you can take as per requirement)

Chopped vegetables 200 grams - cauliflower, peas, beans, capsicum (you can add other veggies as per your choice)

1 small onion - chopped

1 small tomato - chopped

Goda Masala - 1 tablespoon

Briyani masala - 1 tablespoon

Butter/oil - 8 grams (you can take as per requirement)

Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Add oil in to hot pan and put onion. Fry it till it turns light brown

Step 2

Add goda masala and cauliflower. Mix it well and close it with lid and cook on medium flame for to mins

Step 3

Add all the vegetables along with tomato and mix well

Step 4

Add half glass of water and bring it to boil on medium flame

Step 5

Once the water starts boiling add salt and biryani masala. Mix well and let it boil for to mins (add little more water if required)

Step 6

Add rice along with half glass water. Close the lid and cook it for to mins on medium flame

Step 7

Once the rice is fully cooked, serve it with dahi/ green chutney
