Red Kidney Beans (Rajmah) 100 gms
Green Coriander chopped- 5 gms
Ginger chopped- 5 gms
Onion chopped - 100 gms
Salt- 5 gms
Ghee- 5 gms
Green chillies chopped 10 gms
Garam Masala- 5 gms
Tomatoes- 100 gms
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 2.5 gms
Garlic chopped - 5 gms
Coriander powder- 5 gms
Red Chilli powder- 5 gms
Soak rajmah in water overnight. The quantity of water should be times to that of rajmah.
Cook rajmah next morning with double the quantity of water.
Reduce heat and cook for - mins.
Heat ghee in a large sauce pan. Saute jeera and fry onion, green chilli, garlic and ginger for minutes.
Add garam masala, jeera powder,dhania, mirch and salt and fry for a minute on low heat.
Add tomatoes and cook for minutes.
Add rajmah and half the green coriander. Cover and cook on low heat for - minutes.Add some hot water if necessary.
Pour in a serving dish. Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve.
