Ingredients

5gm ghee

Rotis made from 30gm wheat flour

150gm ripe mango

150ml cow milk

Stevia/sweetener

10gm cashews

0.5 tbsp chia seeds

Few drops of mango essence

Method

Step 1

Tear the rotis in small pieces. In a nonstick pan, add half the ghee and fry the rotis.

Step 2

Take out the rotis in a blender, add /the milk, add chopped mango pieces (keep some for garnishing) and blend well.

Step 3

In the same nonstick pan, add ghee, roast cashews and add milk. Put in low flame and let it thicken a bit. Now add the roti & mango pulp in this. Mix really well for a few minutes.

Step 4

Add stevia/sweetener as per choice. Now add mango essence drops. Stir well. In the last step, add the chia seeds.

Step 5

Take them out in a bowl and freeze them for mins. Take it out, add remaining cashews and mango. Enjoy your dessert!
