Ingredients

Chicken - 1/2 Kilo(I've used with bones)

Ginger garlic paste

Salt

Lemon juice

Malwani Masala

Potato -60 grams

Oil-10 grams

Method

Step 1

Marinade the chicken and potatoes in the Malwani Masala, Lemon juice and salt.

Step 2

Keep aside for one hour.

Step 3

Grease the pan with oil and heat it.

Step 4

When hot, put place the chicken on the pan and let it cook for a minute or two on high flame.

Step 5

Flip it over and let it cook on the other side for two minutes.

Step 6

Add the potatoes at this point.

Step 7

Lower the flame, sprinkle a little water,cover the pan and cook till chicken is done. Make sure the water is evaporated.
