-Masalas 1tbsp( Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder, Table Salt)
-Butter 5gms -Oil 5gms
- Tomato 100gms -Capsicum 150gms
-Eggs 4nos
-Sweet corn 50gms
-Cheese 20gms
-Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves
-Make Magic Masala tbsp( Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder, Table Salt). Mix all well in a container.
-Saute onion in butter & oil till they turn slightly golden brown. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste to it. Mix well.
-Then add sweet corn, Capsicum, coriander leaves to it. -Add above-prepared masala to it. - Add a glass of water & cook it well for mins.
- Just add eggs on top of it don't mix it with the curry. - Once the yolk of the egg is cooked. Grate cheese on top of it. -Anda Tawa is ready to serve.
