15 g Ghee
Rajma Masala
50 g onion
50 g Tomatoes
Whole spices
Garam masala
For Chapati - 50 g soy chunks
70 g Wheat Flour
15 g Kasoori Methi leaves
Ajwain
Salt
Curd -150 gm ( its in my macros )
Soak Kidney beans for - hours.
Pressure cook it with whole spices.
In a heated pan , add chopped onion , tomatoes , Garlic , Ginger.
Mix kidney beans , add Rajma masala , garam a masala , spices , salt.
Mix it well , until it’s done.
For Chapati - grind soya
Mix it with wheat flour , add ajwain , Kasturi methi, salt.
Prepare a Dough , and leave it for few mins.
Now prepare a Chapati .
Serve hot with Kidney beans and Curd.
