Kidney Beans - 60 g
Flour - 60 g
Onion -50 g
Tomato purée- 100 g
Oil -5 g
Salt, Pepper, and other spices as per your taste
Garlic cloves - 3
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves
Boil overnight soaked kidney beans with salt for about - min
Knead the flour and make chapatis out of it
In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli & onion. Cook it for a min and add tomato purée to it. Let it cook for - min
Add boiled kidney beans, salt, black pepper and little bit of pizza mix herbs. Let it cook for another - min. Mash the beans a little and let it cook until excess water is evaporated
Add handful of chopped coriander leaves
Stuff the chapatis with the above mix and vegetables of your choice. I had only Carrot and onion, but we can use lettuce, sprouts etc.
